No TG's is laughable! But I found oow orc tactician dominates. Bet you they are gaining 3-5k elite credits per attack, meaning all they need is soldiers to keep on going.

Unfortunately I am not sure how they are going to draft soldiers. Could be they take enough in hostile that bio is unable to make real positive gains out of the war that follows.
