Learn attacks

Question, I know that Trad march is penalized greatly when done on people smaller than 70% your networth. But I see big provinces in large kingdoms learn my kingdomates all the time, does Learn suffer from less size difference penalty? Thanks in advance!

i have no idea why big provinces would waste attacks like that. you'd have to ask them.

The gains formula has a variable for attack type, but that's the only mod that should change when changing attack type.

Gains = Target Resource * Attack Type * PNF * KNF * GBP * GS * Race * Stance * Relations * Science * Target Stance
