So is this really just B -> C as opposed to B <-> C ?
SN will show that B gave C hostile but C has done nothing in response (3 retals prior to month change but now 'Normal' for 16 hours) but really they've been opping. How would one know then that it's still B <-> C?
So if a SN does not provide the complete picture. Why must one judge solely on a SN?
P.S. Frankly, I'm a bit disappointed. I was hoping you'll give the BiO/Sleepy response which was "We don't give a **** if you're in hostile / war/ eowcf, we rob whoever the **** we want whenever we want".
