according to me you are rather hostile in this forum, at least flogger, so I guess flogger is hostile with us in the forum but I don't know if that means no one except cats may "attack" him in this forum
In game you are hostile with us and we are not hostile to you

But since so many think our normal attitude is bad and evil...I would say maybe you are hostile and we are silly?

So what you're saying is that BiO is hostile to you but Cats is not hostile to BiO.
Which can then be concluded that the 2 kingdoms are not in an 'active hostile'?
Just want to know your definitions. As you claim you don't rob in to 'active hostiles' yet so many kingdoms have said you've done so. Maybe it's a misunderstanding as the definition is different? Please clarify.
cats are not allowed to steal into BiO's active hostile.

My personal opinion is something like this:
Active hostile between two KD should be both ways.
Tags does not tell us this, it is just an indication (could be fake), if tags both ways it is less probability of fake.
Ingame Attitude doesn't tell us if it is a both way hostile but is also an indication.
The paper gives us the answer if it is an active hostile, a both way hostile or not.
SN is the only real way of knowing from the outside.
C interferes in hostile or not:
This would be ok: C -> A -> B (but of course you don't know if B will start <-)
This would not be ok: C -> A <-> B
This would not be ok: C -> B and A -> B
and so on
if SN says <-> it is an active hostile
There is always special cases and I will not go into all possible situations, but if you have a specific question I will be happy to answer what my personal view on the matter is.
At the moment my opinion is that we have BIO <-> Cats

But I'm not tagged hostile as I do not consider it to be an 'active' one as the only thing between exchanged right now are ops going both sides (which you cannot see from a SN).
So is this really just B -> C as opposed to B <-> C ?
SN will show that B gave C hostile but C has done nothing in response (3 retals prior to month change but now 'Normal' for 16 hours) but really they've been opping. How would one know then that it's still B <-> C?
So if a SN does not provide the complete picture. Why must one judge solely on a SN?
P.S. Frankly, I'm a bit disappointed. I was hoping you'll give the BiO/Sleepy response which was "We don't give a **** if you're in hostile / war/ eowcf, we rob whoever the **** we want whenever we want".

I suggest you stop listening to anri, he cries wolf and claim we rob into his hostile when we are doing SN to verify his hostile. Also what peto said was good :)

At the moment yes you are right it looks like a B -> C and sort of is, lets call it a work possibly in progress. Maybe we should have that as a tag ;)
So if any KD A wants to do a A -> B, I think it would be nice of them if they ask us first if we are going to do any <- soon.
Or they could just wait and see if anything happens or not.
