    Cleric Question

Hey guys, first time poster here. I have a question regarding the Cleric personality. On the Cleric description page it says "-50% Own casualties when defending" and "Reawaken Casualties" . DO these bonuses aply when you get ambushed too or just normal defence situations ? Cheers.

I kind of wish to clarify this, as I am considering cleric next age. So, the first part is obvious, - 50% losses, okay cool. Now, the animate spell will always be active but then it states in ( ) that it will revive ALL(not actually caps) casualities for both defense and offense, where as the spell itself only revives 50% of losses on defense.

So I am curious, which is it? The spell is always active for defense and only 50%, or what the actual thing in ( ) says.

Okay so, in a nutshell, any dead troops whether or not defending or attacking will revive in FULL(100%) as soldiers for the cleric personality?

Correct! Also, although implied, this does not include war horses or peasants from town watch.

Fun fact, if you have a full soldier army, your army is invincible.

This (bug) is only true if you're a halfling with the soldiers, right?

this is a a little confusing, and also incorrect, description they have put in.

Cleric does NOT have animate dead 24/7!
instead, cleric has "all troops losses during battle revive as soldiers"

animate dead only affects defensive losses.
why not just fix it for the next age?

that's less work than having to answer this question over and over...

It says nothing about animate dead under cleric. Read it again.

I imagine the guide is where it gets confusing, because the guide DOES state the animate dead spell.
