Halfling Rogue m/T

Hi, I've been out of the game for about 7 years, but I recently (today) decided to play again. Does anyone have a build/strat for a Halfling Rogue m/T?

the reason @2 and @3 told you to switch to faery is b/c your magic would be very weak compared to everyone else because halfers lack WPA modifiers or damage modifiers.

however a well pumped halfer could dabble in magic and be effective in war. just not as effective as its counter races.

It would be more effective for you to play Faery if you want to play a t/m. Halfer is more for super theif, a/T, a/m/T.
