What % of land does a raze attack burn out of war?

The raze gain are not affected by the gangbang protection right?

It is affected by gangbang protection. Base is 5% of target acres. Minimum is 15 acres.

Seems like it's always 5% of land from my experience (before GS / gbp?). A kdmate was razed by someone out of his NW range, yet 5% of his land got razed. rpnw and rknw would have lead to a minimum gain if it was a trad march.

i think gs is ignored as well
