Halfling Circle

Has anyone seen the Halfling Circle Kd? Now I get the Faery Circle, named after a ringer of Mushrooms and fabled to be a mystic gateway used by Faeries. But a Halfling Circle? Surely they should call it more like a Hobbit Hole or simply The Shire. Halfling Circle just doesn't make sense.

The Faery Circle is named after a long running thread on Swirve's old Utopia General Talk. I think myself Palem and Korp are probably the only ones left who remember it (someone bring back coconets please).
