I've forgotten how to use it and some of my kingdom members say when they go to register it says a province is already attached to it. What am I doing wrong?

you probably had someone use the wrong code. As a monarch you should be able to see which people have "registered" and claimed codes. If someone used the wrong code you should be able to detach that prov via the monarch controls and give new codes

Is pimp usable over a mobile phone? Apparently upoopu is not. Which is better?

if upoopu was mobile/mac compatible and had the customization of columns that Pimp does it would be vastly superior...if only :/
