Utopia Error: Ambush

I sent my army to ambush a recent attacker (attacked 3 hours ago) but miscalculated how many horses to send. My attack was rejected by Utopia with the advice that I can only send one horse per troop. Of course, my error. So I resend the ambush attack with the proper amount of horses but now I get the message something like this: We cannot find any forces from blank province to attack. You can only ambush a recent attacker once." But I never did get to ambush him, and now I don't. Please fix this so it doesn't happen to other people.

Aye sounds like a war spoils. Check the SOM and note if there are any acres mentioned in the army you're trying to hit.
