    Intel Success Rates

We all know that sots are 4 times easier than soms, but something has come into question lately, and I'd like to hear from Bishop about it.

It's always been known that 10 thief soms are the same as 20% thief soms cause you lose less thieves and all you need is elite count out.

But, someone has informed me that if you send more thieves, it is more successful, and this was a change implemented "about" 3 ages ago. So a som with 10 thieves would fail a lot, where as a som with 20% thieves would be successful.

Can Bishop or another moderator please confirm or deny?

afaik success rate is only affected by the relative tpa's, WTs, CS, and relative nw's. Thieves sent only effects results.

You're welcomed to test it out and share your results. Take a random prov. Try to grab 10, 10-thief SoTs, and 10 20%-thief SoTs and see if there's a significant change in success rates.
