Shop - Top up using SMS does not refresh code.

I'd like to get credits using the SMS system in the shop. It works fine, however when I used it 2 times (in my case) the third time, step 1. "Text Go Pay xxxx" does not refresh which results in me being unable to get more credits that way.

I tried cleaning history and cache in the browser to no effect.

The sms service is 3rd party, there is a link to their support portal on the top-up page.
