You're probably right. You've been around since age 25 and you're still a ghetto struggling to fill your full 20 slots by cycling through inactive noobs (nice you can't find provinces willing to stick). If we want to follow your lead and get caught in the weeds, we might end up the same way. Maybe we should just move on...

seems quite a few are struggling to fill slots so not a great argument, yet again.
most new players are put off by the bullying in the game and others will only want to join a 25 prov 'SKD' type.....only other way would be to multi to fill your kingdom with reliable players and i am afraid we do not play that way.
we have not found that we need to stick with an alliance for 'protection' to play the game....yes the game, not RL, not a matter of life or death....a game.
there are too many in this game that seem to have forgotten that point, we play for the fun and the social side and really can not understand the need to constantly prove themselves that you see from some.
my guess is that a lot of such players are really introverted in RL, probably no good at sports and most likely bullied at school so try to make up for it by hiding behind a keyboard where they can be the very people they despise.
