All existing buildings gone?

I logged into my prov after I got home from work and all of my existing buildings were gone (0 acres built). I was not the victim of arson or tornadoes. Upon going to my internal affairs advisor, I discovered that all my buildings that should have been existing, were listed as in progress and due in this upcoming tick. I can attach screenshots of the issue if needed.

I'd agree that someone else got in (which as far as I know, no-one knows my password), but the thing is... the land was all built the 4th of last month... and those same exact buildings (quantity) are due in this upcoming tick on the 6th... if someone had access to it, they'd have the normal build time.

I was in the process of being hit down during that time. However, I only got hit for ~50 acres that tick, and I had much more than 50 acres built at that time of those hits.
