First of all there is no reason to have elves as TMs versus Faeries. Faeries are incredibly OP. Your elves will get AWed by ha/ro or fa/ro and that will be the end of it. Having all warriors, you will have trouble with people pushing the button. If you wave someone, they benefit greatly by keeping it in hostile for days to wear down your warriors, which completely suck OOW.
all this is relevant^
switch it to defensive a/M elves that are ub candidates and the orcs into clerics, this gives both attacker races equal sustainability aswell as making an enemy kingdom a little less likely to drag out hostile. Prolonged hostilities against clerics and undeads can be painful to sit through.
You will need to make sure that any enemy kingdoms don't have the wpa to stop ur faeries from drafting or you won't have the solds to replenish armies of orc/undead, not even to use the credits they get.
Orc/tact should be better than cleric if you can guarantee that the faeries will have the wpa to defend themselves against super wpa pumped elf/faery sages that you might encounter.

Orc Tacts/ UD War Heroes
A/M Elves
????
Receive bacon.
17 elf/tact heavy epa and ~3 raw wpa
4 halfer/rog
4 feary/mystic
would been fun :)
2 Feary mystic
2 Feary rogue
21 Dwarf sage
For science!
Those ud will be sending your orcs the plague if they chain the same target, so maybe instead of cleric have them go something that needs some hospital.
@ OP
Loose the Elves
Have 3 Faery go Mystic
Lose 1 Orc and turn them all into Tacticians
Add 4 Avian Cleric
I prefer Dwarf over Undead but whatever floats your Boat
Actually an Elf can run similar mods to a Faery for thievery as T/M. The only issue will be Halfling/Rogue. Ofcourse an Elf/Mystic won't reach those numbers but look at the Elf/Sage numbers. I've done the mod comparison for each race/personality combination for Elf, Faery, and Halfling with Lord rank honor and same number of buildings spent for TDs along with Libraries later on. Now if you start adding rank bonuses the tpa gap closes between Elf and Faery so an Elf will tie or overtake a Faery when honor is applied on both fronts.
T/Ms apparently = black sheep of Utopia.
Where is your homework?
Faery - Honor bonuses are -50% and almost no ability to attack.
Population is boosted early on but endgame is where this race will be hurting. 25000-5000(2,500 wizards and thieves split)= 20000/2= 10,000.
10,000*6= 60,000 defense. 10,000*800= 8,000,000gc. 2,500*500= 1,250,000 + 8,000,000= 9,250,000gc needed.
Mystic - Faster wizard training and rune boost, +80% wpa boost with 10% Libraries, and +100% tpa boost with 10% Thieves Dens factored in
Rogue - A +100% wpa and +123% tpa compared to Mystic and Sage. Factored in same amount of Libraries and TDs. Gets a TD boost instead of wiz/hour and rune bonus.
Sage - A +118% wpa and +120% tpa compared to Mystic and Rogue. Factored in same amount of Libraries and TDs. Gets 1 book every 4 acres.
Elf - Will need Hospitals since def specs for defense
Thievery will be weak early on but can manage. 25000-5000(2,500 wizards and thieves split)= 20000/2= 10,000.
10,000*5= 50,000 defense. 10,000*350= 3,500,000gc. 2,500*500= 1,250,000 + 3,500,000= 4,750,000gc needed.
Mystic - Faster wizard training and rune boost, +110% wpa boost with 10% Libraries, and +82% tpa boost with 10% Thieves Dens factored in
Rogue - A +110% wpa and +103% tpa compared to Mystic and Sage. Factored in same amount of Libraries and TDs. Gets a TD boost instead of wiz/hour and rune bonus.
Sage - A +136% wpa and +100% tpa compared to Mystic and Rogue. Factored in same amount of Libraries and TDs. Gets 1 book every 4 acres.
Halfling - Population will grow 10% slower compared to other races
Magic will be weak early on but can manage. 25000-5000(2,500 wizards and thieves split)= 20000/2= 10,000.
10,000*5= 50,000 defense. 10,000*400= 4,000,000gc. 2,500*500= 1,250,000 + 4,000,000= 5,250,000gc needed.
Mystic - Faster wizard training and rune boost, +60% wpa boost with 10% Libraries, and +132% tpa boost with 10% Thieves Dens factored in
Rogue - A +60% wpa and +144% tpa compared to Mystic and Sage. Factored in same amount of Libraries and TDs. Gets a TD boost instead of wiz/hour and rune bonus.
Sage - A +78% wpa and +117% tpa compared to Mystic and Rogue. Factored in same amount of Libraries and TDs. Gets 1 book every 4 acres.

You might run similar numbers but in the end the Faeries array of spells is by far a better option. Faery can cover so much ground... Plus when it comes to defence a Faery has Reflect Magic and Clear Sight when an Elf doesn't. Plus all you need to do is a get a pumped Elf/Mystic to cast Amnesia a few times on your pumped Elf/Sage and boom your Sci bonus is gone. Faery is OP and unless you want to run a specific tactic for Elf and run multiple of them then it will always be a far better option choosing Faery.
Nice so you just throw on 20% more defense on the faery for no reason and call it the same. Pro.
Equal out their defenses, put the saved pop toward thieves/wizards and you get a 1.33x boost to raw tpa and wpa, so even according to your own calcs for a mystic, faery gets 139.4% wpa (1.33 x 1.80) versus 110% on the elf and +166.6% tpa (1.33 x 2) versus +82%tpa.
In other words, 1.14x more wpa, same def, and 1.46x more tpa. That sure is comparable.
It gets even more fun when you consider that a faery will have roughly double the science over an elf/halfing at the same point in the age. It gets super comparable when you calc that out.
