i figured out where to they can put in plague immune. Instead of giving it to a personality, they should slap it on orc. Their orcs.. they are not known for personal hygiene.

Just leave it on undead... there is no point imo giving orc immunity.

No, what they should do is to make it into a science category . Where you can learn how to be more resilient to it , and by that lowering your chances of getting it when attacked/attacking an undead.
or they could make bo and food poisoning as new pluses for orcs - possibility of being exposed when attacked or attacking
