UD - are Libraries usefull and when?

Do you think UD can incorporate Libraries , if yes how high bPA should be?

    I'm at 1700 bPA , 12 Epa , 6 dPA , 3 WPA , 2.5 TPA

I'm considering building 10% Libs since imho they make room for themselves , boost WPA and gains and are not affected by BE which usually is low in war.

What do you think , am I crazy?

Iirc the general advice was for sage to start running them at 500 bpa, others at 700? bpa at that point you put in about 5% libs, if your running 1700 bpa I am pretty sure they will be worth using.

Definitely, usefulness of libraries depends on your actual science numbers shown on your page. As far as libraries are concerned, you are the same as some other race with 64% of your bpa (the 80% science effectiveness means you have 64% bpa effectiveness).
But a normal prov with some 1200 bpa has quite nice sciences indeed.

Libraries get better in wars (or any situation where your BE drops). Just get a percentage that you like, make some calcs if necessary (not very hard to do).

very well explained above, given you are undead, you may find you can spare up to 15% land in ur build against any given opponent, 10% is about the happy medium but there may well be situations where you find urself tanking a gold dragon and you can consider running anywhere up to 25% libs, especially if chained.
