I think we have taken some really nice steps towards making war more beneficial in recent ages. I would like to propose one main change in line with this and open up a discussion on another.
1) Improve WPA generation in EoW CF. The bottleneck in all growth related to war kd's is wpa. This has large impact in terms of where in charts war kd plays as well as how much time has to be spent rebuilding from a war (and thus increasing the diff between a kd that went to war compared to one that stayed out of war). I suggest +100% wizard generation during the EoW CF period to combat this
Impact: I believe this change would decrease downtime standing still to get back wpa and be able to compete, while also increasing a kd's ability to grow later in age without being heavily penalized compared to a kd that grew early on and stayed stagnant and pumped. This would lead to a more dynamic game. Science remains as an important factor so being higher up earlier will still be beneficial, but less so.
2) What is the possibility to decrease EoW period to 2 or 3 days with the exact same benefit as the current 4 day period? Being in EoW CF is basically a total waste of time for the player and adds no value - but it's a very necesarry element. I will not do the calculation, but with a build time of 6 hours, +750% peasant growth etc - could we not cut the 4 days and still meet the objective of the eow CF which is to get a kd ready for coming OOW?
