    Can't use abandoned province

Hi, one of the provinces in my KD was found to be abandoned by it's owner earlier. As far as he knows, he didn't abandon in any stupid drunkenness or whatever. The paper makes no mention of the abandoned province nor does the monarch have the option to recruit into the abandoned province. It's just sitting there.

    Am I missing something?

Why does he think its abandoned? There would be a paper entry if it was.

When he logs on it says that his province has been abandoned but then gives him option to join another random KD. Is it a tehnical issue then? Because it sure as heck isnt in the paper and monarch cant give new recruits the province.

    Anyone? Bishop?

Here is all we know: If he logs in, he gets a page that says his province is abandoned and given options to start a new province elsewhere or be recruited. But he did not abandon his province. No news of it in the paper and monarch can't recruit into it nor does it show as abandoned in monarch page. We are in war if that makes any difference.
