We're a group of older players who don't sit on irc all day and don't berate each other if we miss an attack or two in war time.
Prefer players that want to build friendships and keep the game fun.
(Some of us use irc and are still a bit manic, so there's room for the odd fanatic too, as long as you have a sense of humour).
