On my Self Spells page, under the drop down box for spells, it displays the text "Fog is not known to our culture." I assumed that Fog was still retired, and even if you did bring it back, as a Faery/Mystic, I'd have all spells.

yes its retired, it just hasnt been removed from coding.

No, as Faery you have access to all spells available to other races. If a spell isn't available to any other race, you don't have it. Mystic just adds MS to the list.

probably its something in-code where they have specified that no race gets it (including FA). just in case they want to bring it back in some form or another.
