Utopia is kinda self regulating if you are in a big kingdom and the monarch is threatening to PK your prov he can only successfully do it if he has enough other provs willing to help if he does then you have a kingdom that doesn't want you and do you really want to be in that kingdom.

    There a plenty of kingdoms looking for a few good provs if you are active and will to play its not that hard to get recruited by a decent second tier (read top 30) kingdom. except i can't seem to get Anri to return my calls "Hey Monkey king my offer is still on the table" You looking for a good T/M

    If the King is a bully the vote his butt out or mutiny and PK him.
