Is it theoretically possible to have so good tpa / thievery protection that you can't be spied upon unless someone is running an insane amount of tpa?
As in playing a suicide halfer leaving 0-5dpa home every attack because you can't be SoT'ed or SoMmed.
Doubt it sot's are very easy to get. You may be able to make it practically impossible for an attacker to get your sot but not a fellow t/m.
And if you went to war its a garauntee people would just spam sots until they got one through as they only cost 1% stealth
I think there might be some type of auto-success in war on SoT.

you will always eventually be able to be sot'd but som is a different story. you may get away without 1 som getting through. the problem with that is, whoever you attacked will know how much dp they had, and can work out roughly how much you sent based on your sot.

I think there is a minimum success rate of 5% on any spells and ops (and a maximum success rate of 95%).
There's also the ability to send a bounce wave... and find out on the first hit that there's nothing home.

i think this would only be viable with undead or faery for clearsight, stacked with WTs and TPA to fill in the gaps
