Not only can you intel the same target, but you can also op the same target without problems. Neither stops any of the players from attacking the target. You just can't attack him if the other one did.
I thought that was the way it was, but i swear i ran into issues last age not being able to attack someone and they wernt attacked by the other person who shares my ip. Could just be me and failing at reading the news lol.Originally Posted by csarmi

As far as I know only intel is exempt, other ops should trigger the block.
