So if we get some good content together we can add a new forum section dedicated to user guides.

I think this will go a long way in helping new and existing players.

If you have some solid utopia experience and want to help with this please post some guides in the strategy section withe the title starting with "ULC: " - Utopia Learning Channel.

This can be short guides on specific things like starting builds, or overviews on how to find targets or anything at all.

Why not just contribute to the Player Written Guides section on the Wiki? :/

1) It doesn't have polls to help users get an idea of how popular and accepted the guide concepts are
2) Not nearly as much traffic or community contribution.

I was personally envisaging something akin to temples race strategies, guides along wont have much life.

I always thought Temple's race strats were dumb. It could be useful for explaining to someone that doesn't know how to run an Orc the basic ideas behind running an orc, but 90% of them were "Hey, watch me take this stupid idea and make it look less stupid!" Not only that but it always tried to map out your ages, which you really just can't do all too well past maybe YR1. Too many unplanned events and chaos.
