Numbers and strategies are only but a small fraction of what this game is about, yet it's funny to see that players are putting a lot of unnecessary negative emotions into those two aspects and make a big fuss.
I'm also getting this issue. Needs to be addressed quickly too, makes the game almost unplayable. About half the time the page never loads and what I clicked never does anything.

Me too, it is acting like start of age. I cannot gather intelligence, because it keeps using my stealth and not returning the results.
About every 1 in 3 ops lags for about 30-60 secs before I get impatient and just hit the "perform op" button again.
At least 5 KDmates are also reporting that utopia is slow

it would be nicer to see a post that says Devs are addressing this. The Devs are alerted to a lot of things but they chose to simply ignore.
