The Ancients / Elitist Jerks

Hi

We are a merger between those 2 kds, a merger which saw the day of light this age.
We are looking to recruit 1 top leader to help run the kd with me/celien from next age.

What we need from you is:

- heavy irc activity
- heavy activity overall during war
- a talent for organising/planning/strategising
- a drive/will to lead your players and motivate them to perform at their best

What we offer:

- a crew of very active players
- a crew of people who listen and have no problem putting kd goals before personal goals
- working website + self made bot (celien hosts bots for several kds)
- alot of experienced veterans who enjoy warring kds regardless of name/reputation

We are looking for a extra leader to help stabilize and improve current leader composition.
We have good leaders, but we need 1 more to help work in a group of leaders. This is to ensure our peeps have a leader present at all times to keep the train rolling so to speak.
