If a province releases all defensive units, does an accurate SoM taken of that province show land defense? Or will it show defense of 0?

If memory serves me correctly it's not calculated into the SoM so best to factor in for the land aspect. I could be wrong since it's been a while.

still got to take SoT and SoM.. based on SoT, you'll get the land defense point + minor protection if he has it and the value must be multiplied with the DME taken in SoM.. these are just based on experience, not sure if there's a guide for it..
Why would you need a sot for land defense? Just click on his province page and you learn how much land he has.
