It turned out there are a lot of Filipino players scattered all over utopia. Based on the people I have talked to, if I were to group them all in a 25-prov kds, I could make 4 :)

hello there kyla! i am also a filipino and i am needing a all filipino kingdom, if your kingdom's slot is already full... can you atleast refer me to other all filipino KDs?

the last time i played utopia was 2003 or 2004? it just suddenly came into my mind and wanting to play this game again.. anyway, how can i reach the other all-ph kingdom leaders?

Edit:
Just want to add that this kd will require you to use IRC as the main mode of communication but we also use others like whatsapp, fb chat, sms. Magagaling na players ang makakasama natin so we will be expecting a lot from you ;)
