fawk, some more humility. Mystics are able to repop a high wpa very quickly. It is unfortunate that our tiny A/T/M's are getting massed, but it would quite easy to put them back where they belong in terms of wpa and nw. The lost honor hurts, but on the bright side we as a kd gained immense amount of honor this war due to the large initial difference.

Teach me how, provided you constantly get massacred which also destroys buildings and opens them up to enemy magic (tornadoe). Unless you mean peace time, with which i agree.

It was stated in response to the comment that we would've WD'n normally due to our T/M's being massacred. It's no issue post-war to rebuild a T/M and therefore this would not have been the cause of a WD'al. Besides, they get .5-1 mil sci per unique atm, so had the age not been ending we could've gotten realy pumped T/M's :) Obviously pumping wpa inside a war while being massacred is not an option.

I think cats will win. Legacy has to notice it early or they will soon lose a lot of honors. Cats t/m can landlust freely without fear of taken down when land lust gains is more than land lost to trads. Props keep going n replaces lost army. When the banks starts to aid Orcs to lift them out of zero defences, there wont be so much hits from legacy anymore while Cat's Orcs can still maintain quintaps, slowly dragging one prov down +4 hits for incoming acres. MS coverage bites down Legacy's top Avians army to a level their hits can't harm Cats t/m n no longer gains honors.

i would of taken it too. Not that i think legacy can win just that i dont think cats can in a week or legacy will give up. That is unless ABS/HoH hit into the war to take acres off the big fat people....see 15k acre avain in legacy

Well while our Avians sacrificed a drake for the barbeque over the weekend, it seems Cats has found their way back into something that indeed did look 'grimm' as Elurin stated...

At the moment its very much back and forward, some provinces getting landfat and some resembling greece's economy, its the same on both sides.. Fighting a dragon down is indeed hard for our KD, and has hurt our drafting/income a fair bit, but we don't mind.

None of the provinces in Legacy with their feathered Chieftrains has had any long wars this age, so we are enjoying the experience that its providing our less experienced players and we will improve for the next age regardless of if we win or lose...

So everyone can discuss and talk about winning or losing, but we are having fun for the first time this age even if some of us aint catching much sleep, and i am sure Cats are enjoying a good war too.

So best of luck and hopefully PeterPan will stop believing in fearies and yours (Cats) Will drop dead from the trees.. and may your halflings feet hair catch fire.

The thing about SPGC t/ms winning this in the long run.. I think they just have too many players to deal with. if it was a couple avians i could see it happening.
But SPGC 2 faeries and 1 halfling need to deal with: 6 avians, 4 elves, and 2 halflings, all sitting over the 1mil nw mark.

All Legacy T/Ms seem to be UB at this moment (4 elves, 2 halflers) and they are sitting on pretty good nwp/a.
So if we are looking at t/m advantage, i think Legacy already gained that too. While SPGC t/ms are getting massacared soon they will only be left with those 2 big faeries.
How many players can those 2 faeries keep down?

If war isn't concluded by eoa, we call it a draw and no one needs to pay credits
