I haven`t played this game for 10 years..and now i come back..chose an elf for easy comeback and find that i cannot cast a CB?!
What is that?
What has the game turn into?
Do people no more attack each other?
No wars?
Or what?

There's a new thief op called "spy on throne" that replaced CB. Sending 10% of your thieves will give you 100% accurate intell.

And could have had it quicker there,If hes trying to cast spells then hes been playing for atleast 3 days since rejoining. .Last time i checked people were suppose to communicate with their own kds also and we have a guide for that.
