I know second rate players like to vulture T10 and all, but its awful early to be vulturing and inviting hits into your province all age.

Try diplo and ask for free retal. Its clear some one messed it and didn't see you are in war.

If you don't get your free retal, make it known to the community. Other top kingdoms will do the same to them since they would think there's nothing wrong with this practice.

Why would other top KDs get involved, surely if you are a top KD you can manage your own battles... Especially when it's only 1 hit.
Lets all wave a KD hitting into a ghetto war, cause thats NEVER happened before.....
I would go as far as saying it is normal practice for the top KDs to hit into wars if there is gain in it for them. why would it be any different when its done to them? - 1 hit and its a forum post O_o

pew pew. Absolutely none of my nubs speak for my kingdom.
160 acres this early was more than likely not a mistake, it was intended and premeditated.
But like goodz say, do the funky diplo dance, if that doesn't work then go to to work on them viking style and burn and raze everything in sight :P Or just answer with a full razewave next time they're in war/hostile with someone else.

If they give the free retal, I see no problem and it was an honest mistake. If he doesn't offer a free retal, then I see it as they think this is common practice. Why should other top kingdoms get involved? You know how top politics go (or maybe you don't). If you did it to them, you would do it to me therefore you find it common practice and I will do the same to you.
If this was a bank province hitting into a war on another bank province, there was no mistake about it. It was on purpose to get ahead knowing the other province wouldn't be in position to retal when they're finally out of war. It would be dealt with I guarantee. The question is how.
Note: I'm not a leader of any top kingdom. This is simply my opinion.

I've already fallen victim to some t5 kd's hitting into my ghetto hostile, and I intend to hit them back into every hostile they have for the rest of the age :)
