    Honor Gain related to + or - gain

    How does honor gain related to + and - in war?
    Does increasing gain with +2 will net me more honor?

    Relatively means you able to hit again right?
    So if us or enemy about to WD is good to use?

    Yes, if you suspect WD then by all means add +hours to your hit.
