Dear idiot, you didn't get deleted for attacking the same province from one IP, you couldnt have done in within 24 hours of each attack.
Read the damn rules like you should have before you came crying here. Nothing you say here is going to get your provinces re-instated, nor are you going to make any changes to the current system, you just sound like someone who didnt read the rules and is now upset at themselves and venting like a noxious forum troll.
Noone cares if its your girl friend, your aunt, your strange uncle with one eye from Estonia, or you with multiple provinces, it doesnt matter.
