    Farms

    This is the 2nd time this has happened already this age, we are at war and kd we are against are multi's and using farms to plunder from. In our first war we reported it and nothing happened, I have just reported this instance and I'm not holding me breath about anything being done about it this time.

    It really spoils the game and the hard work put in by my kd. My question is since the game moderators choose to turn a blind eye to this should we just accept that it is part of the game all do it?

    If the mods did nothing the first time its clear they arent multi's but are infact using the Anti-bank strat. have 1-2 provs stay smallest in war to 4x plunder inactives to fund dragons, aid etc

    I always thought it would be nice to disable any op/attack interactions with outside kingdoms in war. The suggestion never went down too well though.

    Often I can find rune farms oow to feed my kingdom at will. Seems a bit broken, but whatever.

    If they're hitting out, the war is no longer 1v1, so call in friends. Problem solved.

    we did that last age (hitting small provs for gc with our chained dudes extra gen) - wasnt into 'farms' or 'multi's - hows it against game rules?

    i do agree its slightly douche move though but certain situations = all morales are gone.

    its a douche move but you don't need to abandon your play style and morals simply because the other kd is being nasty.

    @the op for this situation though. There's nothing you can do to force them to stop them if they are just farming inactive. Your only real options are msg them and tell them to stop, do the same thing they are doing (plunder oow) only better, or lastly call in friends. Hitting out of war is just asking for the war to no longer be 1v1 so your probably justified in having outside help as Palem suggests. Asking them to stop is probubly a good first move though. Calling in friends is less risky than doing oow plunders yourself as you arent risking retals from anyone but the allies of the kd your warring. Some kds are above such moves though, I know for the most part my kd would rather lose a war to dirty play than stoop to their level. And thing is if we won and they played dirty it just makes that win super satisfying.

    nope - enemy started the conflict by hitting us during EoW cf so all standards left the game when we warred them. either play fair or dont expect your enemy to

    Would be nice to increase OOW penalties to -90/95% gains or increase stealth consumption for OOW ops to 8-10% stealth consumption per op. OOW stealing to fund wars should not be allowed.

    It's amazing the number of people who will take any feeble excuse to hit into other people's wars or have people hit their opponents in their own war. Why not go play tiddlywinks instead if that's more your skill level?!

    Why should it be banned? Anti-banking is a valid strat that works very well when done correctly.

    Comparing hitting into other people's active wars and chained provs hitting inactive provs in other kds where the person never logged in as if they are the same thing is absurd. You may not like either, but one is clearly different from the other. It is fully within both kd's ability to utilize the strat mentioned by op. All you need is to be serious about target selection. It comes at a risk and utilizes valuable resources. One situation demands a skill that both sides can possess, the other utilizes the capricious ability to have a dirty friend that is large enough and bored enough to ruin someone else s war.

    Situations like this is one reason why the game should allow raze to destroy acres in war, at least at the rate that oow razes destroy acres. The way it is now gives kingdoms who make alliance deals with other kingdoms more powerful, by being able to realistically prov kill should they desire.

    Plunder/Learn into and out of war is necessary as a balance against people stockpiling gcs in cf, and being able to run zero defense during that time without consequences.

    Of course the whole warring mechanic is annoying and one of the game's sorest spots....
