Finding a good oow target within the right situation is certainly more advanced than the type of skill that goes into target selection within war at most levels where people would do this.

Ok, so seems it is excepted to plunder oow. Although we believe in fair fight so would never do it nor would we ask friends to hit out opponent.

As for the provs they are plundering, if it is a faery with zero thieves and a build comprising mostly only banks, farms and homes it is a sure fact that the prov is a multi farm.

it's not a farm just because people go inactive. if you suspect people are cheating, email support.

I gave the location of the farm. I guess it is pretty hard to catch people or they know what they are doing or they hit someone elses farm.

Plundering outside of your war is not against the game rules
Hitting inactives is not against the game rules.

Unless the provinces that are being farmed are managed by people playing in your opponents kingdom they are not in violation of any rules.
Since support has not been able to link the provinces that they have hit to the players in their kd it seems to me that your opponent isn't doing anything wrong at all.

Well I just worked out how thorough the game support look into these issues. I just sent a reply to their email reporting another farm. I got a response back in less than 2 minutes!! What a load of crap!

Lets see....30 seconds to read my email, 30 seconds to think should I investigate or not (obviously chosen not), 30 seconds to write back no violation. Remaining time for both emails to be routed through mail servers and routers etc.

The cheek of us to respond quickly :/ Never fear, your next report will not be dealt with as swiftly. FYI, it doesnt take 30 seconds to read 3 lines of text, nor does it take 30 seconds to send back a 9 word mail.
