Sadly skill has little to do with winning.
The top 3-4 kingdoms will never war each other directly, and in a race to farm out other people as quickly as possible SWEA has the best possible setup, which will only get stronger if the idea is to wait until eoa to turn on each other.

I voted for BB to hope against hope, but not expecting it to happen.
