In the Utopian wiki guide it states that warriors enjoys +15% Offensive Military Efficiency during war times
However, my province is in war atm and my military strength throne page doesn't accounts for the +15%, only adds up my +% from wages and training grounds.
Any ideas? Anything i'm missing out on?

it only shows it when calculating the attack since you only get the +15% against the kd your at war with!
