Reservations for next age

So this is my first age back in Utopia after a ten year absence so the invitation concept is completely new to me. I just saw this in the guide:

"3 days before age end the Kingdoms Monarch is granted the ability to extend Reservations to other players. The number of Reservations available to be granted to other players is equal to the number of empty Reservation slots in the Kingdom."

Does that mean if I had 15 provinces in the KD I could invite 10 other provs from various different KDs into mine for the following age and they could accept or decline them? I'm trying to merge my ghetto with another ghetto and bring 6 of their more active players across. We would have approximately 9 free slots to fill. Is that how that works?

Basically that's how it works, All very simple and easy

Yeah that's a nice new easy change.

Yes easy for top KDs to gather all the best players a lot easier and therefore killing all smaller KDs with no real prospect of getting a decent core. Long live utopia
