When she was in MW she was "leadership" that's why it being a **** province was allowed.

Members of leadership typically have roles. Province management, as I recall, was not her role. She only joined LS of MW because it needed the help. I wonder what stoni's opinion on this would be.

2. She was really there to motivate and assist with my orders.
3. Originally, my intentions were just to have her as an active player, but my need for assistance in war became far greater than what I had intended. SHE stepped up to the plate to assist me, when I basically promised her she could just be a normal player.

Did Flutt and I have issues? Yes, we did. Some were pretty bad. But that's not in question here. She never had a bad province.

I like both of these suggestions.

If I could change one thing...dunno. Mechanics seem fine. Wish the game could grow more and there'd be more players, but that's not an insta-fix. Also tough to do with a text based game...too many people want the pretty pictures instead of the pure strategy. Maybe throw in a couple pictures here and there to attract some more people?

I think a step by step in-game basic tutorial for every race should be implemented while the province is in protection time, with the option of closing it if the player does not want it.
The game needs to be more new-players-friendly if it wants to attract any new ones. Certain people don't have the time to join forums or mIRC for that matter to get informed about tactics and province strategies.
Utopia when opened for the first time is very confusing for anyone who is new. A tutorial imo will give the player some basic knowledge and let him evolve from there.
Hopefully the devs will consider this, as imo it's crucial to any game.
