For a contract to be valid, the parties must be ad idem, clearly pewpews definition of an alliance was not the same as AMAs since they so wilfully backstabbed AMA. There must be intention to be contracully bound, which clearly isn't the case given pewpews desire to dissolve our alliance and try to GB us. And there must be consideration, something of value must change hands, and let me tell you, being allied to pewpew has been of no value this age whatsoever, they are a constant problem and always trying to sh!tplay us.
Even a contract containing the three essential elements may be neutralised where it contains some element which invalidates it.
It may be void for mistake, or it may be voidable when induced by duress or misrepresentation, or some statutory formality has been neglected.
Also, if such agreements are completely iron clad like you intimate; I want to see the specific addendum to the Pew Pew & Debauchery year 10 CF deal which would allow them to break their contract on mutual desire to do so. If it isn't written explicitly, its clear dealbreak right?
lol.
