Ambush

I have 2 questions regarding ambushes. One, can you ambush non land attacks, such as learns to regain some of the lost science? Also, if I multi tap and cast anon for the last hit, does that mean I can't be ambushed as the last hit was anon, or does it ambush the last available hit, ie the last non anon hit?

You can only ambush TM and conquest style attacks, so no plunders/learns etc. This is because those type attacks have instant gains (the books are immedietely added to the attacking province) whereas the land has to travel back with the army.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but if you used anonymous on the last attack you made, the original defender could still ambush all non-anonymous attacks, starting with whichever was last.
