Stacks?

i know that Homes' population bonus does not stack with Racial population bonus (Homes' +10% Population with Halflings' +10% Population will still result in +10% Population) so how about attack times, OME & Military Losses?:

1. Barracks with Avians' -30% Attack Time
2. Barracks with Tacticians' -15% Attack Time
3. TGs with Warriors' +10% OME in War
4. Hospitals with Clerics' -50% Military Losses
5. Hospitals with Elves'

Homes don't give a +% to pop, they give a flat amount. the +pop% not stacking with homes means that if you have enough homes to increase peasants by 1000, they wont increase them by 1100 because of pop bonus from race.

As far as i know all the others stack.

16*.7*.85*.8*=7.6

out of war with rax
base*avian*tact*rax
16*.7*.85*.7 = 6.7

war with rax
base*avian*tact*war*rax
16*.7*.8*.85*.7 = 5.3

15% rax will give you sub 6 hour attack time in war. I doubt the extra one hour reduction to 5 hour return time is worth the extra 35% land.

Fastest is the only thing that matters. Actually I'm sorta kidding; consider speed not so much for how many uniques you get, but it's the ability to hit your opponents when optimal. Speed can provide great leverage if your intel is healthy enough to expose fluctuations in enemy strength/weakness.
