New kingdom building from scratch

We are looking for 2-3 attacker or (Halfling?) a/t types to join a new kingdom. Experience preferred but we will train. Please be open minded about playing in a new ghetto- chances are we will make mistakes and learn together.

Our goals are to be social and have fun, while we aim for 6-8 wars this age depending on how long each one lasts- say 3-7 days of war, then 4 in rebuild.

We ask a minimum of 2 attacks per day and that attackers fill in the intel so the other rogues and guys with high tpa can save stealth for damage ops.

We are in the bottom 20% in size and NW
actively warring 2 wins, 1 loss
12 active attackers= 2+ attacks/ day we are up to running consistent 1 large, medium, and small, mini- chain targeting. we would like to go deeper.
2 active mystics, 1 newly recruited (3 total)
1 active halfing rogue

We are looking for guys who are willing to stay small while we grow and learn.
needed:
attackers- preferably orc to help with chains
Also we have 1 well developed halfer rogue who is abandoned and open message me for details if interested.
