no they weren't a cool kingdom, they were one of the biggest cheaters in this game.
wow that is a huge statement silent_killer, as many will say when you ask mike never hided what the kingdoms he was in did, but calling Fratzia worse cheaters then others is pretty lame, they traded and had some sitters xlog now and then as every other top kingdom had at the time, but calling them worse cheaters then rage, pb or what now kingdoms you talk about is pretty low blow.
But i gusse every kingdom you been in was 100% clean and never broke the code ...
