We are a KD with an active, experienced core, trying to fill up the rest with active players. Last age we had 7 wars and did fairly well considering the fact that we lost about a total of 10 provinces during the age due to deletion from x-logging and people having to leave for other reasons. We are a friendly bunch and if you are fairly new to the game we will help you out, experience is not an issue as long as you are willing to learn we will help you out!
We war frequently. We use Upoopu and a certain level of activity is demanded, altough we are not a top KD we want to be competetive at a decent lvl. Attackers have to keep army out at all times in war and we want T/M's to log in at least every 6-8 hours during war. We do not use irc, we are by no means hardcore and we wont demand people to wake up in the middle of the night for a wave. Wave time is usually between 21-23:rd.
We just lost a faery/mystic and we need to fill that role. We also had trouble with 2 of our attackers and thus we also need 2 attackers now!
