Havoc vs. Fratzia

Well first off i want no one thinking i have anything to do with war;) im useless nub, hesus, Cippu and coss + aaron is the once who handles that part.
My job as a motivater, forum troll and organizer (when not in war).

Let me adresse the thing i keep gettined spammed with, yes fratzia did remove 5k acers intra on the bigs, and as shai so clever did spot it was for wpa, tpa and skimming the fat (less gains for cow).
If this was a good idea or not i will not judge and leave it up for a free for all talk.

About the dession to go to war, and the likly hood of the outcome.

First of all fratzia is a new kingdom (now days anyways) and this is our real first age, there is alot to learn like we have to follow the normal rules of making cf and explore / random, vs what we like to do, wave creat havoc and make deals go from there, we made a short cf with havoc after waving em early age and taking 3k acers and given 3k ekstra for the cf.
While we went waving they used this time to use there CF's outgrow us (ofc they do they are good), while we spend alot of time pumping for waves.

When the cf was running short we decided long ago we where gonna fight for every acers people will try and take from us, so we shoot up a few 5k provinceses in hope to nutralize the hafflings in havoc, the main problem with this was we had 24-48 houers to lil time to get them full ready (live and learn right ?) anyways we decided we rather enter the war vs havoc with less bodyfat aka less for them to eat from em and a bether chance to preform ops.

Right before the war we had some offers to enter into another war , we declined after carefull lisening to this, i like to point out that even tho we think havoc is in a bether spot and probly is alot bether kingdom, we will posse the spirit to fight and will do all we can to bring the fight to them, this is a good test for the fratzia crew to see what it takes to play with the big dogs.

Many will say i use excuses but know this fratzia lay Down to no one, we might get farmed who know but we will fight the best we learned.

Good luck to havoc who has only been fair and gracefull, just like they where when the foot was on the other shooe, what comes around go?s around right ?.

June 24 of YR3 Our kingdom has cancelled the dragon project to Retal (Random kingdom we waved).
June 24 of YR3 Our kingdom has begun a Ruby Dragon project targetted at happy bday d (Havoc).
July 3 of YR3 Our dragon has set flight to ravage Cromulent Republic HOSTILE (havoc)!

I think both sides will go along way if we keep the story telling to the minimum ?

When kingdoms are in a CF (let alone when they have a deal to cancel dragons at eachother - our deal stated that both sides would cancel all dragons), I feel as though starting a dragon during the CF period is a violation of that deal. That's my thought, and that's why we didn't take advantage of the opportunity to start a dragon before our land built.

Mike is absolutely correct -- they had the upper hand earlier in the age, we asked them for a CF, they told us what they wanted -- a net of 20% of our acres, and we said fine and gave it to them. It was a reasonable, if extreme, request on their part. When they came looking for a CF while we had the upper hand, the answer was no, unless they were willing to give us acres -- we wanted some of our land back, of course. They'd rather war, that's fine by us as well.

But if we're sticking to the facts, you guys explored several of your provs to 5k more than 48h before the CF drop. Your provs just continued to run rushed+science so they were only generating 20-50k gc/hour instead of stocking cash, which is why they couldn't afford to draft and train on the 5k acres.

well i can see from the dates as i dident spot before it was created 1 tic before cf was up, tho i cant say how close, but you are correct it was to early, but as we where not doing buldings at the time it was not about taking any advangse of anything, if any its a nub mistake.
Asaid from this you can clealy see we did not use a old dragon as he seem to think we did.

I cant say if some of the people we explored dident stick to the orders that was given, if so it was stupid.

About the deal its all fair on havoc?s part to say no to a deal for "nothing" when we early in the age was not so gracefull, as i said karma baby.

No bad blood from fratzia, now we fight and see how that turns out.

As far as an update is concerned, this war is fairly simple:
July 1 of YR3 - July 6 of YR3
5 hours of conflict

Total Attacks Made: 38 (+3745 acres)
Total Attacks Suffered: 47 (-5738 acres)
Net Exchange: -1993 acres

We full waved (almost all double taps) into fort, they declared and chained some core provs, though not hard enough to remove them. We did save our 5k+ provs for war.

It's safe to say that all of our 5k+ provs are safe, or can be safe. Our 3.5ks are safe from everything but a full suicide from their top humans; some are safe from even that. Neither side seems to have a ton of t/m power to throw at the other -- I know all magic op success rates have been fairly low thus far.

We had much more substantial cash stockpiles, though a lot of that has been spent, stolen, or destroyed at this point. We have a some extra peasants on them, obviously since our human is in econ mode.

Our core's build is largely military oriented; we drafted deep and are sitting on 2-3 PPA with 15% homes in. Their core is running more of an econ oriented build and have more peasants on their core provinces. Their builds are not universal.

We're cleric to their core sage personality and our science BPAs are roughly equivalent.

Edit: ^^ Mike, you wouldn't have been able to start the dragon the next tick, because the NW from our buildings coming in would have pushed us out of range. Like I said, I think it's a little lame, but I recognize that's a personal opinion and not necessarily and accepted view.

Though honestly, the taunt is the most annoying thing because I spent like 2 hours last night building us a banner for our new kdname and now it can't be up QQ

There is no way I am going back to sleep after and then waking up at a reasonable time so I am going into the office then. I will be more productive at work thanks to Utopia! (If Utopia needs a spokesperson let me know I will say this on the record for money)
