Faery Sabotage/spell damage Bonus

Does it affect ToG ?
I'm guessing since it would affect fools gold it should affect ToG?
instant spell, even tho it's not damage "proper"

Also when doing Rob The Towers, the maximum stated is 35% (for same size province) do faeries do 35%*1.3=45.5% of runes, or does it simply mean faeries do same damage, but need to send 1.3 times less thieves ?

Tog is not a damage spell, so it does not get a boost.

Sabotage bonuses break through any cap.
