I would be more worried about the smaller kingdoms that explore up solo groups of cows by resetting all of the non-cow provinces every 24 hours to dump resources and dodge the 50% median cutoff for maximum exploration.

I wouldn't be worried about a KD that's setting themselves up to get resetted/deleted.

80k soldiers and 6m gc with 5 cows/killers playing. Plus whatever they accumulate over the 24 hours. Human feeders could sb enough towers to dry their mana before oop.

Especially with these halflings. You could have thieves in place for such a small investment to cycle tb down quickly. Any fight you get into, all you would have to do is hold gbp over the daychange and pump them to death. Alternatively, you could intra a killer 1x for cap and put all the gc on him for the others to rob when the "core" is out of range.

Futhermore, who is to say that a traditional hit on a killer from a random province isn't a valid play? It only takes an 8% loss to cap the tax rate. I imagine it will be exceedingly difficult to prevent fraudulent hits from legitimate players in the sea of exchanges caused by the aggressive 24-hour-protection change.

Yes, how about it? Its not as much as you'd get from a standard province and your cow will be exploring into x5 costs constantly with no doubling.
