Can someone explain the numbers difference between Raze and Traditional March?
Does Raze do more damage? Does it just destroy buildings?
If Orcs do Raze does it do more damage?

Raze destroys acres and buildings out of war.
In war, it just destroys buildings. The acres remain.
Should you do it? Sure!
What does raze do in intra-kingdom attacks?
Since Orcs get a 30% bonus on gains, does that mean an Orc would do more damage with Traditional March than a Raze?
Raze destroys land. Intra kd raze destroys land as well and it is used to get rid of a province you dont want. It was also used for land dropping intra kd. You lose honour now as well though with intra kd raze so it's not so good idea anymore. Another disadvantage is that if a province has been intra kd razed 3 times (might be 5 no 100% sure) if it dies it cannot reset in the same kd.
As the other said if kd A and B are in war razes between them destroy buildings. Kd C oow though can raze and destroy land.
Using raze to win the game would only make sense if you were way bigger than the rest and you were just keeping them down or raze killing a high honour/science province to lose it.
It pisses off ppl and you will probably get razed back though.
My opinion is that raze will get you in trouble unless you use it with a plan and also you need to have grown to a decent size (that is done by exploring/dising or attacking for land)
Raze and massacre aren't modified by gains.
So you are saying that a Massacre that would "normally" kill 1000 peasants, will kill 1000+30% or 1300 peasants for an Orc??
Mind you, I am not thinking of Science or any other bonus.
Just the 30% Racial Bonus that Orcs get.
But, since I have said that, do all "gains modifiers" effect Massacres, or just certain ones?

yes to the +30%, not sure about science. Hard to test exactly.
